The overall project objective is to strengthen the rule of law and the fight against impunity, so that victims of human rights violations and breaches of international humanitarian law can effectively claim their rights to the truth, justice and reparation.

The specific objective of this contract is to develop and implement a communication strategy to inform about the victim’s right to protection and reparation and the legal instruments against the phenomenon of enforced disappearance.

Main activities:

• Design a communication strategy to disseminate institutional mechanisms for access to victim's rights to protection and reparation 
  
• Measuring the impact and effectiveness of the communication strategy implemented.
• Production and broadcast of communications materials (radio spots, posters, calendars, etc ...)

• Support the implementation of the grants and provide technical assessment for a better implementation
• Provide capacity building regarding procurement procedures and reporting to the European Commission
• Support the management unit in the definition of  baseline indicators for monitoring and tracking of grants
