Formulation of a cooperation programme for the improvement of the water sector
Identification and formulation of a programme in the Water and Environment sector to be financed by the EC through EDF (2004-2009) with a total amount of 56.880.000 EUR. Projects include important rural and urban hydraulic infrastructures and specific actions for environmental protection.
